Policy and Terms & Conditions for Style Services

1. Booking and Payments

  • Please note that bookings are not secure until payments have been made. All bookings should preferably be made at least a week in advance.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment details are securely processed through , ensuring your privacy and security.

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are non-refundable. They must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
  • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee.

3. Services

  • We will perform all services as outlined in your booking. Any changes to the services must be requested and agreed upon prior to the appointment.
  • Services include lifestyle and personal style analysis, body type definition, color analysis, style recommendations, wardrobe clearance, and outfit combinations from your existing wardrobe.
  • For personal shopping sessions, pre-shopping research is conducted to find suitable items within your budget and style preferences.

4. Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for any overpayments or errors will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds for gift vouchers are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.

5. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  • We do not store payment information. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to be present and on time for their appointments.
  • Ensure your wardrobe is organized to facilitate the styling session (e.g., trousers together, tops together).
  • For personal shopping sessions, comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended.
  • Communicate any specific needs or preferences to your stylist prior to the session.

7. Additional Terms

  • We reserves the right to end the session if there are any inappropriate or disruptive behaviors.
  • Any feedback or issues should be reported immediately to the stylist on the day of the service to allow for prompt resolution.
  • By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

8. Post-Service Support

  • Up to 10 days after the wardrobe detox, you will receive a Style Guide lookbook that includes your preferred colors, any crucial recommendations, and photos of all created looks.
  • One month of ongoing support is included, during which you can reach out by text or email with styling questions. We will help you reach your style goals.

9. Professional Conduct

  • Our stylists are trained professionals committed to providing the highest level of service. We adhere to industry standards and best practices to ensure a positive and productive experience for our clients.
