How can I check the status of an order?
Click on the chat box in the lower right corner of our home page. Enter your information , and a representative will be with you shortly. You can also track your shipped order by entering the supplied UPS tracking number at www.ups.com.
Waiting is hard! We, too, can’t wait for you to get your order. Here’s how we get it done:When you place an order, you will receive an email informing you that our team is working on it. Please allow 3-5 business days to process it before shipping.
Once it ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
Rates:We offer free ground shipping anywhere in the US on all orders over $50 or more. For orders under $50:
$7 UPS ground
$15 UPS two-day
$25 UPS overnight
International OrdersShipping rates vary based on weight, tariffs, and country. The cost of shipping is calculated after checkout, and your invoice will be subject to an update. Undressed has no control over import duties and policies and cannot predict what the cost would be. Please contact your local office for current charges.
International orders may take up to 15 days to process. Thank you for your patience as we look for the best way to ship your order internationally.
TroubleshootingPlease contact us if you think your order got lost in the mail, and we’ll see how we can help locate or replace your order. We are not responsible for packages after proof of delivery from the carrier has been generated and we are also not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If shipping to a PO Box, please make sure to put in your PO box # plus the FULL NAME of the owner of the box exactly as it appears on the PO BOX.
ReturnsToo loose? Too tight? Did you change your mind? That’s OK (it happens to the best of us). You can return your items by requesting a return within the allowed 90 days return window. Please email email@example.com to request a return.
Conditions (and tips)Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear and do not remove the protective slip. Be careful with deodorant stains when trying on dresses and tops. They count as damage. Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
